Over the years, since the Met Union was founded in 1967 (and before), many players have representing us in the All Star Format. I would like to start keeping track of who has had the honor of playing on these select sides and having a dedicated website in order to keep their memories alive for future generations of All Star Players.

Thus, the Rugby All Star Alumni Re-connection Initiative: if you are an alumnus of Metropolitan New York Rugby Football Union All Star Teams and have lost touch with the Met Union or your teammates of days gone by, please send your current contact information.

Or, if you have a relative, or a friend, or a clubmate or any other acquaintance who has ever played for an All Star Side, please drop us a line. Even if the former All Star player you know is deceased, please contact us. We want to have complete records for anyone who ever has represented the Met Union on the rugby field.
