We will be holding an NRU U19 Selection Camp on 10/15/2006 in Albany, NY to pick the team for the NRU U19 team, he head coach of the NRU U19 Team is KO Ofruny, former USA National Team Member and Rachel Flynn (USA U19 Manager) and I will both be managing the NRU U19 squad.  

So what do we need from you?!   A couple of things actually…we are asking all of the Women's Club teams of the NRU to consider a donation (anywhere from $100-$500) to the NRU U19 program.   These proceeds will be used for a few things – 1) purchase a set of jerseys for the girls to wear at the tournament 2) NRU t-shirts for them to wear while at the tournament to look like a team and 3) meals for the team while they are at the tournament.

If your club is willing to help out with any of these costs as a whole, or is just willing to donate a nominal amount please let me know.  This is truly a grassroots effort and because the program is BRAND NEW – we have a zero operating budget.  This tournament is a stepping stone towards the growth of USA Youth Rugby.
