Pelham Flag Rugby, based in Westchester, hosted a hugely successful kids rugby event last Friday, May 7, 2010.  With invited guests Henry Street Settlement, a demonstration tackle match, 200 kids playing and 300 parents and other spectators, and excellent weather, everything went as planned.

This was the sort of evening which builds our sport (and young men and women) for the future.  Met NY sponsored the food for the evening for all the kids.  Met NY vice president Matt Persanis ran the show.
