Collegiate Executive Board (CEB)

The CEB will consist of 9 members. The Collegiate Coordinator will chair this group. There will be a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Referees Liaison, and a representative of each division (Men's DI, DII, DIII, Women's DI, DII).

This Board shall be elected at the Collegiate AGM and members will be required to serve 2 calendar years. The CEB will meet 4 times a year (pre and post Fall and Spring season).

Members are encouraged to nominate individuals for the CEB by e-mailing the Collegiate Coordinator and should include a letter of reference for the candidate. The candidate must have agreed to be placed on the ballot.

At the initial CEB Meeting the mission statement and specific roles of members will be worked out.

Nominations for the Calendar year 2007 are due no later than September 30th, 2006. Elections will be held after the Fall 2006 season at the Collegiate AGM.
