USMMA is looking for a new coach (level 1 certified) to prepare for the fall season. I believe this is an ideal situation for anyone interested in coaching a top-notch program. Consider the environment - fit players (every trimester all Midshipmen must pass the US Navy's physical fitness test and maintain Naval weight and body fat standards), disciplined players (service academy, all Midshipmen must follow rules and regulations), winning program (Met Union College Champs three of the last four years, NRU semi finalist in 06), support from the administration (I am the rugby program administrator, filter the bs) and a coaching stipend is negotiable.
