The MetNY U19 Club and High School 2011 has official gotten on the way! Union (U19 Club D1) and Delbarton HS (HS D2) got the spring season started. Union played Doylestown who is top competitor in the EPRU (Eastern PA Rugby Union). Delbarton traveled further to VA to participate in a high school tournament. Both events were non-league events but it won’t be long until the league matches are upon us and the rivalries resume!

On Sunday November 21, 2010, Met NY clinched NRU's D2 and D3 Championships. Met NY was shut out of Sunday's D1 final, in which Mystic River beat Boston Irish Wolfhounds in overtime. On Saturday, Mystic edged New York, and Boston Irish Wolfhounds beat Long Island. But Met NY's Village Lions and Rockaway won out over their rivals from near and far in D2 and D3 respectively. Congratulations all round.
